In my over 17 years of being in the Real Estate Industry, I’ve found that providing the very best service is about putting my clients first. This means being a good listener and a good communicator who responds quickly to my clients’ needs. Along with that, I value the qualities and skills that make an excellent real estate professional – integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, savvy marketing, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network. My “client first” philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business.

I have had the unique opportunity of working with traditional buyers and sellers, as well as a wide range of investors, asset managers and banks. I have sold over 400 REO and traditional properties in the Bay Area since 2008 and this had led to a breadth of knowledge and experience that you will not be able to find in any other local real estate consultant. I love real estate and what it can afford the first time home-buyer to the large portfolio investor.

About Amber

Amber Hom has lived in Contra Costa County for over 28 years. She spent her teen years in Pittsburg and graduated from a local private school.

Amber had been interested in real estate since she was a young girl. Raised by a single mother of 4 children (who also happened to be a real estate agent) she was brought up to believe in the value of homeownership.  She began her real estate career in her early 20’s when she got her real estate license and was hired by The Contra Costa Association of Realtors. She learned a great deal about real estate during her time at the association and was quickly recognized in the industry and was recruited to join a local title and escrow company as an account manager. Her experience with title and escrow expanded her knowledge of the real estate business, and in late 2007 she decided to go out on her own and become an active real estate consultant. Her love of helping people and serving clients that range from large investors to the mom and pop homeowner has been the key to her success. Over the last 10 years she has sold over 1,000 properties in Northern California and is ranked in the top 10% in her field.

Amber is a wife and mother to 2 boys and their dog Jojo. She loves to cook (all kinds of food), spend time with her family, hike the Lime Ridge trail in Concord and watch baseball.
